As discussed you will be responsible for the administrative support function for the branch. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and your normal working hours are expected to be 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Your starting date will be date, 2012.

Including an at-will clause in the sample job offer letter

Most states have employment-at-will laws that allow a certain latitude in terminating employment. Many companies include a statement in the employment offer that reaffirms their right and the employee’s right to terminate the employment at will. This is an example:

"In accepting this offer of employment you confirm your understanding that your employment with ABC Company will be on an at-will basis and either party can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice."
